Portfolio Manager - Kratos Defense

Kratos is seeking a Portfolio Manager USAF AETC with the following responsibilities:

• IT compliance reporting for IT investments and initiatives funded by HQ AETC and AETC organizations.
• Complete tasks such as advising information system owners, program managers, assisting AETC stakeholders with IT investment registration, updates, change requests, and managing IT portfolio management data

Required Experience:

• Strong IT Management Skills
• Current Secret clearance
• Experience working with and briefing senior leaders
• Proven work performance and communications skills, including developing and giving formal written and oral presentations

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in DoD IT Program Management and information systems Portfolio Management (PfM) including investment compliance, data collection and reporting activities.
• Ability to manage IT portfolio data in the Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS)
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Alfabet or HOPEX
• Knowledge of IT budget reporting and IT compliance reporting, such as: Clinger-Cohen Act, Privacy Act of 1974 as amended; Section 508, IT Portfolio Management Services, Capability Analysis Services, Governance Integration Services, and IT Investment Management/Information Management Decision Support Services.
• Experience working in DOD environments
