Job Description
Responsible for managing one of more functional areas ofPortfolio Operations within a product led organization that include thefollowing but not limited to
capital allocation, capital budget governance, operatingbudget governance, capacity management, vendor performance governance andcontracts
management. Demonstrate the companys core values ofrespect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Under general supervision of a Portfolio Ops Manager andin conjunction with the Principal Portfolio Ops Manager, lead and directactivities related to one or more Portfolio Operations function while alsobuilding expertise in other functions.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
3-7 years of overall experience
Proven track record of delivering objectives on time andwithin budget
Proven problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills toeffectively communicate information to customers and to all levels with theorganization
Should be able to participate in audits and otherfunctionally related activities
Should develop a mindset of driving data driven decisionsand support other stakeholders in the same as well
Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct activities related to one or morePortfolio Operations function while also building expertise in other functions(under general supervision of a Sr Manager Portfolio Ops and in conjunctionwith the Principal Portfolio Ops Manager)
Oversees all aspects of assigned portfolio functionalareas including but not limited to budgeting (both operational and capital),capacity/resource management and estimation processes
Identify and understand scope of work, organization ofwork and develop delivery plan and approach
Participate in audits and other functionally relatedactivities
Ensure that processes and organizational alignment ofportfolio management are achieved and enforced
Possess basic and strong foundational analytical, problemsolving and communication skills to lead and manage conversations with leadersacross the organization as needed
Develop and influence the culture of continuousimprovement of delivery methodologies and effectively lead large scaleorganizational change towards solving complex problems
Set target deadlines and clear predictability and monitorand summarize progress of tasks
Provide leadership for team members and stakeholders andapply conflict resolution skills to resolve any portfolio issues
Coordinate contract management activities with leadersacross the organization as needed

Working hours: M-F 8AM-5pm ET
Strong preference to local candidates- will only considerremote if no strong local candidates are found.
Mostly remote but must be willing to report to the BTC asneeded. (Note: In-office requirements are subject to change in the future,please make candidates aware.)
Interview process: 1 to 2 rounds, could be 1 intervieweror panel
