We are looking for a Post-Closing Specialist responsible for the quality control audit of closing packages along with assisting in other areas such as closings, title, and recording.

We are looking for a Post-Closing Specialist responsible for the quality control audit of closing packages along with assisting in other areas such as closings, title, and recording.
Your specific duties will include:
- Prepare and review all post-closings files (VA, FHA, Conventional, Purchase, etc.) in stacking order by client requirements for audit review.
- Complete signed closing documents imaging process and send packages to vendor for review
- Ensure all assigned closing packages meet compliance, completeness and accuracy requirements of all executed and supporting documentation for Lender and State Specific requirements
- Review audit of Post-Closing executed recording documents to ensure proper execution and correct any errors within our control and resolve any non-errors noted
- Verify all required documentation is properly documented and in file prior to sending electronically to client and sending hard-copy files.
- Organizational and problem solving skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
