12 Month Level I Guidance Secretary- Bilingual Preferred

General list of  duties (not inclusive of all duties)

1. Coordinate and provide daily clerical support for the guidance department.
2. Perform student data entry and retrieval. 
3. Schedule appointments for families with registration questions, as well as assist with registration.
4. Maintain student records and record security.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalency, be at least 18 years of age and able to satisfy required PA clearances.
