About the Opportunity:
The Assembly Potting Operator performs a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies or subassemblies.
What You'll Do:
- Prepares assembly work by reviewing various documents including production work orders, manufacturing and process specifications, engineering drawings and schematics
- Works with masking and unmasking materials in preparation for process
- Performs conformal coating and potting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with chemicals and solvents in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Must be available to work 2nd Shift (4:00 PM to 12:30 AM)
Added Bonus If You Have:
- 1 year of soldering or potting experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
