Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI tool
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience creating IT dashboards with familiarity of CSFs (critical success factors) and KPIs for the business of IT would a plus (but not a requirement)

Familiarity with any IT frameworks, e.g., ITIL, COBIT, IT4IT, etc would be good to have
