Bemana is partnering with a well-established, nationwide rental company known for its outstanding workplace culture and commitment to its people. We are seeking a talented Field Service Technician to maintain and repair a variety of rental equipment, with a primary focus on generators and HVAC equipment. This includes working on equipment such as generators, air conditioners, air-cooled chillers, diesel engines, dehumidifiers, and electrical distribution systems.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll use your expertise and independent judgment to perform maintenance and repairs in a safe, professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, gas, and diesel systems across a range of rental and customer equipment.
• Conduct load bank tests and perform major/minor preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair all equipment in the rental fleet independently, utilizing schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to perform repair and maintenance on rental or customer-owned equipment, maintaining a clean and professional service vehicle.
• Complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation (work orders) daily in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with the pickup and delivery of equipment and parts as needed.
