Job Summary and Qualifications

Operate, maintain repair and install all utility systems such as heating, ventilation, electricity, water, air conditioning, refrigeration and provide security functions throughout the building and grounds to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all patients, staff and visitors.

· Schedule and performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all utility systems.

· Maintains high standards and appearance of physical plant and mechanical rooms.

· Act as resource person and provide on-call duties when required.

· Reports to the Director of Facilities Maintenance & Security.

What qualifications you will need:

• Heat Ventilation Air Condition (HVAC) 
• Vocational School Graduate
• Minimum 3 years exp
