Power Platform Developer- Gen AI/Copilot Studio

Job Type: FTE
Location: Remote (anywhere in US or Canada)

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a strong plus.
  • Advanced experience with ASP.NET for API development and integration.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and registering custom Power Platform plugins.
  • Experience in registering and managing outbound webhooks.
  • Expertise in building and integrating custom PCF components for PowerApps and Power Pages.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Queues, Service Bus, Function Apps, and Identity Management (Azure AD).
• Experience:
  • Proven track record of working with Microsoft Power Platform and delivering custom solutions.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Virtual Agents or Copilot Studio.
  • Experience developing - Custom connectors against 3rd party or in-house APIs  
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with APIs and build connectors.
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles and frameworks.
  • Experience with version control systems and Agile development methodologies is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework (optional but desirable).
  • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and grounding techniques is a plus.
  • Experience developing conceptual (PoC) to production solutions/apps

• PL 100 Microsoft Power Platform App Maker  
• PL 200 Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant

• PL 600 Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
