Power BI Reporting DeveloperDescription:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Reporting Developer for a hybrid role with long-term potential to convert to a full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver impactful reporting solutions. 
Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting.
• Proven proficiency in Power BI for designing and developing reports.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment with a collaborative approach.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Cognos and Tableau is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workflow analysis and document current business processes to support technology solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot software issues and implement solutions, including bug fixes and enhancements.
• Code, monitor, maintain, and test reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Follow established change management processes and facilitate code reviews.
• Collaborate with software vendors and external service providers as needed.
• Support and maintain operational activities, including documentation and scheduling.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience in software development, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of best practices for report design and data visualization.
