PPV Receptionist - Premier PV. LLC

Company Overview:

Premier PV (PPV) is focused on providing complete eBOS solutions to the renewable energy sector with a strong focus on utility scale, solar projects and other renewable energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Greet visitors and maintain visitor logs.
• Maintain security by following procedures and issuing badges and visitor packages.
• Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Book and approve meeting rooms and requests.
• Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Track and manage new hire equipment.
• Check and distribute mail; Create and ship USPS, UPS/FedEx shipments including FedEx freight
• Maintain conference room calendars
• Order food/catering when needed and support setup/cleanup
• Maintain kitchen and office supplies; order and stock items; maintain front/reception area tidiness
• All other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience.
• High School diploma or specialized training and/ or certification.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
• Works under moderate supervision.
