We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead our team and ensure the smooth daily operations of the practice.

Position Overview: The Practice Administrator will oversee the overall management of the practice, including operational, financial, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with experience in medical practice management, with the ability to handle both the day-to-day operations and strategic planning to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring optimal patient flow and resource utilization
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and practice profitability
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
• Supervise, mentor, and manage staff, fostering a positive workplace culture
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to enhance clinical operations
• Implement and oversee practice policies and procedures
• Manage patient scheduling, billing, and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and service standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical practice management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and reporting
• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
