Position Overview:
Complete Hearing & Balance is hiring a Practice Manager to manage the daily operations of their busy and growing practice across three locations. This role reports directly to the CEO and will oversee staff, financial processes, HR functions, and healthcare administration.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a medical office and strong administrative, finance, and human resources skills.
Leadership & Strategy
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop strategic plans for practice growth and business development.
- Ensure the practice adheres to healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and HIPAA compliance measures.
- Conduct regular safety audits to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Oversee patient satisfaction, addressing any issues related to patient care or clinic services.
Operational Management
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of all three clinic locations, ensuring efficient workflow and smooth daily functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor inventory and supplies across locations.
- Coordinate and oversee building maintenance and identify opportunities for office-related projects, managing their implementation and completion.
- Develop and document business processes, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with workplace regulations and standards.
Team & HR Management
- Manage and supervise administrative and clinical team members, including recruitment, training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment through leadership and mentorship.
- Provide leadership training for management.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain PTO policies.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Oversee compensation programs, collaborating with leadership for necessary adjustments to ensure fairness and compliance.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance and generate financial and operational reports for review by the CEO.
- Coordinate billing and collections processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Practice Manager in a medical practice or healthcare setting.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, payroll, and invoicing.
- Experience with HR functions, such as hiring, training, and managing staff performance.
