Job Summary and Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Practice Manager to serve a leadership role in management of clinical and administrative needs within the new outpatient Mental Health Therapy Center in the heart of downtown Charleston. In addition to the supervisory and clinical operations of the clinic, this person will support operational management for the clinic site. Our team is amazing, we consider ourselves a family who work hard to support each other and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. • You will assess the needs of the program and make program recommendations 
• You will provide daily operational oversight to the clinic 
• You will provide oversight in maintaining sufficient number of qualified staff by interviewing, hiring and supervising staff. 
• You will make cost containment recommendations and see through to approval and implementation. 
• You will take initiative to solve problems and recommend improvements for the clinic. 
• You will have working knowledgeable of professional trends for area of specialty.

What qualifications you will need:

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelors Degree or experience in lieu of degree
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
