Practice Manager Surgical Services at Clinical Management Consultants

An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced Practice Manager Surgical Services to join their team!

This regional leading healthcare organization offers a wide range of clinical services including medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency care, mental health, and primary care services. Reporting to the Practice Administrator, the Practice Manager Surgical Services will oversee the daily practice operations within an integrated specialty healthcare network. Primary responsibilities include ensuring smooth workflow, reviewing policies and procedures, recruiting and training staff, conducting regular staff meetings, monitors financial performance, makes recommendations on areas of improvement, maintains accurate records, builds patient relations through efficient communication, and ensures overall patient satisfaction.

What’s Needed to Succeed:

• Education in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Prior working experience in healthcare practice management
• Prior leadership experience is a plus!
