Concierge/Personalized Care Practice Manager

We are looking for a qualified Medical Practice Manager to manage our membership-based, concierge internal medicine practice where we provide high quality personalized care.
Responsibilities
Oversee medical service activities
Supervise and lead office staff
Design and implement office policies and procedures
Manage vendors to negotiated rates
Ensure positive collaboration between staff and patients
Supervise planning and coordination of patient schedules
Work with financial consultant to oversee financials
Ensure medical and office supplies are ordered and stocked
Oversee and manage all paperwork for patient care, medical compliance and all levels of reporting
Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities when needed
Interface with 3rd party companies regarding ACO and payer performance contracts
Arrange informational materials for patients and keep inventory records
Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, rules and regulations
Knowledge of practice management/EHR systems
Requirements / Qualifications
Previous working experience as a Medical Office/Practice Manage for 4+ years
Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or similar relevant field
Hands on experience with accounting and administrative operations
In-depth knowledge of medical procedures, operations and terminology
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Location: Tarrytown, NY - on site
Full-time position with benefits
Hours: M - F (9am - 5pm) / no weekends, no on call
Salary: Up to 80k per year / Negotiable
