Practice Manager Wound Care - Dr. MobiCare

Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a healthcare practice, including operational, financial, and clinical aspects. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring our practice's smooth and efficient operation while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee all aspects of practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage practice budget and financial reporting.
• Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for all staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
• Manage and optimize practice workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Clinical Management:

• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance and improvement programs.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and advancements in wound care.
• Develop and implement protocols for patient care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Human Resources:

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage practice staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and communication.

Marketing and Business Development:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and build relationships with referral sources.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for practice growth and expansion.
• Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare practice management role, preferably in wound care.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
• Certification in healthcare practice management.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of wound care best practices and treatment modalities.
