What you'll do:
Ensure Compliance: Verify that all pre-employment documentation and requirements meet industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards
- Coordination: Collaborate with Recruiting teams, Legal, Recruiting Vendors (RPOs) and Operational teams to gather and review necessary pre-employment documents and certifications and facilitate speedy, compliant clearances
- Engage with Stakeholders: Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders throughout the pre-employment process, addressing questions, providing guidance on compliance requirements, and ensuring a smooth experience
- Update Process Documents: Assist in updating and implementing company policies and procedures related to pre-employment compliance
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry regulations and changes to ensure ongoing compliance
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:
- 1-2 Years experience in Human Resources, Pre-Employment or Recruiting functions
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
- Experience in Talent Acquisition in large, high volume, global organizations
Experience with Microsoft Suite products - Strong communication skills both written and oral
Ability to handle sensitive/ confidential information.
