Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules and regulations. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial consultation to trial, with a focus on cases involving commercial vehicles, slip and falls, homeowners claims, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including those involving commercial vehicles.
- Conduct thorough investigations, legal research, and discovery.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with experts, including accident reconstructionists and medical professionals.
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA rules and regulations in relevant cases.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Work remotely with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing authorized to practice law within the state of Texas.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, specifically representing plaintiffs.
- In-depth knowledge and comprehension of state-specific laws, regulations, and legal practices related to personal injury.
- Advanced research and analytical capabilities, including the adept interpretation and application of legal precedents, statutes, and regulations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of efficiently drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Demonstrated success in case management and client advocacy, with a consistent record of securing favorable outcomes.
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive legal research, preparing detailed legal briefs, and offering cogent legal advice to clients.
- Strong team player with the ability to seamlessly integrate and collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and fellow attorneys.
- Excellent organizational and meticulous attention to detail, equipped to handle numerous cases and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
