 I am working with a fantastuc regional Plaintiff Personal Injury firm that is searching for a Pre-Litgiation Manager with 5+ years of experience. Are you a Plaintiff Pre-Litigation Manager with a fervor for advocating on behalf of individuals affected by personal injury? This firms mission is to assist those who have suffered injuries in these accidents in obtaining the full and just compensation they are entitled to.

Qualifications & Requirements of the Plainitff Pre-Litigation Attorney:

• Case Intake and Evaluation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and filed.
• Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to prepare cases for litigation.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies or opposing parties.
• Advise clients on settlement offers and options.
• Assist in preparing cases for litigation if a settlement cannot be reached.
• Delegate tasks and manage workload distribution among the team.
