Pre Make Ready Technician at Accord Intermediate Holdings Inc

Accord Carton is searching for a highly motivated Pre-Make Ready Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and preparing machinery and equipment for production runs. This position will work the 5am - 1pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery and equipment according to production schedules and specifications.
• Inspect and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubrication.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paperboard industry.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
