- 2+ years automotive Sales Management experience (USED CAR MANAGEMENT PREFERRED).

Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly forecast for used car sales volume sustaining sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
- Create and organize all sales activities for the Used Car Sales department.
- Ensure that salespeople are informed of all used inventory and current advertising efforts including rebates and incentives. In addition build rapport with them and assist with their sales.
- appraise all incoming used vehicles.
- Ensure that cosmetic and mechanical reconditioning is performed within the dealership's cost and time limitations.
- Establishes and controls wholesaling activities.
- Work with General Managers to forecast monthly sales expenses.
- Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Values in all interaction with the customers, co-workers and vendors.
- Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- 5+ years of Automotive USED Car Sales Management experience (USED CAR MANAGEMENT PREFERRED).
- Proficient at operation a personal computer including Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
- ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Strong take charge leadership attitude with a record of team building to include requiting, training and motivating.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and auctions.
- Real attitude with high-energy personality.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Bilingual a PLUS!
