We have non-typical work hours that include a five day work week and we close at 6:00PM Monday-Friday and 5:00PM on Saturday's. We also offer a very robust paid time off policy for new team members that increases to five weeks over time.
Job Purpose: Support the process of satisfying customer demands for Lexus/Pre-Owned vehicles by providing vehicles to customers that will exceed their expectations. The Pre-Owned Manager will: 1) develop and manage a highly professional and productive sales team; 2) maximize sales revenue and profit; and 3) maintain excellent business relations with customers to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction. 4) Manage the pre-owned inventory by: Overseeing the reconditioning process, Pricing, Descriptions, Wholesale and Merchandising.
Job Duties:
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing
- Provides sales management information by completing reports
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, continuing training
- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Job Requirements
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- History of previous sales experience
- Experience of 2 – 3 years in the field of automobile sales management is an added advantage

- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
