Position Overview:
In this Assistant role, you will be supporting potential patients across the last phase of the sales funnel & prepare them for their procedure at Batash Endoscopic Weight Loss (BEWL). You will be responsible for supporting Patient Sales Account Manager (PSAM) to drive the pre-procedure process including holding introduction calls to procedures, ensuring special clearances where needed, and conducting pre-procedure calls to confirm key details.

Top responsibilities:
- Hold pre-procedure introduction calls to confirm procedure date and review top steps needed before the procedure (e.g., bloodwork, pre-procedure call)
- Share & review key pre-procedure instructions for patients (e.g., liquid diet, etc.)
- Locate, collect, and organize all key clearance/medical forms including blood, physical check-ups, and special
- Work with out-of-state patients to review instructions for day of, post-discharge, and 24 hours after for follow-up (e.g., hotels, chaperones)
- Identify & report any issues with patient data to-date or any risks (e.g., lead expresses concern or uncertainty)
- Identify items the patient is missing ahead of their procedure and either resolve the gap quickly if possible, or alert fellow team members in timely manner to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 2-3+ years experience in a sales or client-facing role (e.g., customer support, account management)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure post-consult processes are completed efficiently
- Work and act with integrity and a high degree of autonomy & self-sufficiency
