We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales Strategy and Data Specialist. In this role, you will support our salespeople and client success during pre-sales activities by providing critical data and analysis. You will also analyze sales data and trends, offering actionable insights and recommendations to the sales teams. This position is essential for facilitating successful sales and driving business growth through informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable salespeople to craft compelling, well-structured proposals that increase the likelihood of closing successful deals.
- Ensure alignment between client needs and INFUSE offerings by understanding client requirements and customizing solutions accordingly.
- Develop and provide accurate and competitive proposals that align with INFUSE's products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to gather necessary information for creating customized proposals.
- Drive innovation and process improvements within the Deal Desk department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement automation solutions to streamline the quoting process and reduce manual work on proposals.
- Monitor and analyze quoting metrics to ensure timely delivery of proposals to clients through sales people.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of INFUSE's products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales operations, Deal Desk management, or a similar role.
- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Expertise in demand generation is a plus.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools.
