Example Projects
- From optogenetic fMRI to mechanogenetic functional ultrasound
- Study of circuit mechanisms underlying neurological disorders including Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, autism, epilepsy, empathy circuits, and behavior
- Investigation of whole brain pathology, immune system, circuit function relations
- Computational modeling of whole brain circuits, machine learning

Responsibilities
- EEG signal analysis
- fMRI data analysis
- Statistical analysis
- Writing scripts for analysis pipelines
- Manuscript writing assistance
- Literature searches of analysis methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (minimum education required)
- Software, engineering, signal processing, and/or IT skills
- Experience analyzing medical images
- Skilled in Python and Matlab
- Knowledge of basic statistics
