Preconstruction Manager - Gpac

A local, well established General Contractor is searching for a Preconstruction manager This is an amazing opportunity for experienced professionals in the field who are seeking career growth and are passionate about the construction industry. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will play a vital role in project planning, cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate project estimates and cost proposals.
• Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, including site visits and evaluations.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain necessary information for building accurate estimates.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities for value engineering.
• Prepare comprehensive take-offs and quantity surveys.
• Present estimates and proposals to clients and negotiate contracts.

   

  Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 5+ Years estimating experience.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Proficient in industry software and tools, such as Procore, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam
• Expérience in diverse commercial construction
