Position Summary:
The Premium Marketing Specialist of Crypto.com Arena Premium is responsible to support all marketing efforts for Crypto.com Arena Premium. This position is also responsible for fulfillment of sales campaigns focused on Premium Memberships (annual leases) for Suites, Premier Seats, and Tables & Lounges packages as well as single night rentals, suite packages, group tickets and special events.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementation of Premium and Premium Events email strategy for Members and Prospects and for preparation of marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring campaign success. This position will support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including digital sales tools, CRM and sales leads lists, and support ongoing maintenance of Premium & Premium Events web pages.
Essential Functions:
- Email Communication:
- Prepare and deploy all Premium Member email communications.
- Collaborate with Digital Services to prepare and deploy new sales communications.
- Email Calendar Management:
- Maintain the Premium & Premium Events email calendar.
- Deploy emails for all Premium verticals, covering Sales, Services, Newsletters, and Marketing campaigns.
- Email Inquiry Management:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing email inquiries from various Premium inboxes.
- Respond to guest inquiries and escalate as needed.
- Email Marketing Reports: Prepare email marketing recaps and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaign stats and revenue generated.
- Copywriting and Editing:
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for diverse marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in voice across sales decks, collateral, website, and other platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, services, and business operations teams to optimize email and communication processes.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination among teams for effective marketing campaigns.
- Creative Request Management:
- Assist with management and prioritization of creative requests.
- Brief Creative Services, ensuring clear communication of project requirements.
- Track timelines and revisions, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
- Marketing Program Execution:
- Execute and track marketing programs, including paid social, email, events, and content initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Ideation:
- Generate sales-focused multi-channel marketing campaigns for Premium offerings.
- Drive interest and sales for Memberships, game packages, and single-event suite rentals.
- Content Creation:
- Produce creative concepts for various campaigns and content types.
- Develop content for in-market campaigns, radio/video scripts, email, website, and collateral materials.
- Event Support:
- Support Premium teams in event execution, overseeing signage, communications, invitations, and post-event activities.
- Conduct surveys for Member events to gather valuable feedback.
- Website Maintenance:
- Support the maintenance and functionality of the website content.
- Manage digital sales tools, email lists, and tracking analytics to ensure relevance.
- Campaign Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with of comprehensive marketing recaps for promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Monthly Reporting:
- Set up tracking systems for email sends, sales cycles, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare monthly digital marketing activity reports and metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of: BA/BS Degree Preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); and ability to learn required business systems.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Dynamics Marketing preferred.
- Working knowledge of email marketing tools and software.
- Experience with data analytics software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to prioritize projects from multiple teams at high volume, on deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, results orientated with an ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions and inquiries form coworkers, clients, and customers in a timely manner.
- Willing to do things outside of the job description to accomplish department goals.
- Willingness to work long, irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Events/Music industry experience preferred
Pay Scale: $67,000 - $70,000
