Position Summary:The Suites Food Runner is responsible for serving guests in the Suites. The Suites Food Runner must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

- Part-time position
- Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
This role will pay an hourly rate between $13 to $14 plus tips

Responsibilities:- Assists with setup of food service areas within specific suites
- Organizes and prepares for events in assigned locations
- Assures that all equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event.
- Monitors and maintains food quality
- Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner
- Follows all company policies and procedures, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests
- Adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Monitors inventory and communicates when stock becomes low.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
- Maintain stock of all supplies the guests may need within the suites throughout the event.
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to speak, read and write in English.

- Must possess or be willing to obtain valid food handling certificate and TABC certificate prior to working at Moody Center.
- Ability to meet the company standard of excellence in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
