About the Job
Prepare products to pre-established inventory levels as directed by management. Ensuring each product is prepared to exact recipe specifications and quality standards. Ensures each prepped item is properly labeled and rotated to ensure quality and freshness. Discard expired or poor-quality products. Able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. Be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Be knowledgeable and understanding of food safety.
Need to stay focused, on track and keep your work area neat, cleaned and organized. At times, will be required to help within other areas of the restaurant as needed.
Prep items include: cutting vegetables, grating cheese, preparing sauces, cooking pasta and rolling/pressing/cutting dough. All prep items are made fresh from scratch daily in each local restaurant.
Will also assist with other positions and/or areas of the restaurant as needed/requested by Manager
