We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with early childhood education (ECE) units and experience to join our team. This role is part of our Lunch and After School Team, a vital part of our school community, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the campus. The position involves supervising Preschool through 8th grade students during indoor and outdoor lunch, play, and arts and crafts. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.
What We Offer
Pay range: $18.00-$22.00
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
Plan and organize after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
Supervision and assistance during lunch break
Assist students with homework
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth program operations
Provide safe supervision and care for students, including Preschoolers
Light duties such as sweeping, wiping down tables, and trash removal
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Required completion of early childhood education units(12 semester or 18 quarter)
Experience working with young children, especially in Preschool settings
Prior experience working with children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with colleagues and students
