This full-time position works 8-hour shifts – 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday - Friday. The schedule may vary, so flexibility is important. The pay is $13-$14 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This position is onsite at our center located: 207 W. Lancaster Rd, Orlando, FL 32809

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Follow all facility policies and state regulations
• Maintain a personal, professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement

What We Need from You:
• High School Diploma or GED and/or Degree in early childhood education or related field
• FL DCF 45 hours required

• Minimum of 2 -3 years of professional early childhood education or experience
• Must clear a full level II DCF background check
• Fire Extinguisher Training
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications and/or Licensures within 30 days of employment
• FL DCF 45 hours required
