Fire Alarm Systems Leader
This leader will be responsible for building and overseeing business operations for a new Subsidiary Company.
- Developing a strategic plan for optimized productivity.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including setting performance goals, and ensuring their completion.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining budgetary and resource allocation plans.
- Enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Fire Alarm Systems, with at least 10 of those at the management level.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in sales, customer service, and business development of Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, Monitoring, and Suppression Systems as well as technical knowledge of fire alarms, pre-action detection, foam systems, aqua mist, quell, and other special hazard systems is required.
- Strong decision-making ability; excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills; proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans; and ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining budgetary and resource allocation plans.
