To help us drive excellence, as a Press Repair II, you’ll get to:

·Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities.

·Perform inspections on stamping presses and associated equipment

·Visually inspect and listen to stamping presses, machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions

·Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems

·Major and minor repairs to stamping presses and associated equipment

·Dismantles machines and equipment to gain access to problem area

·Operate forklifts, articulating booms, scissor lifts and mobile cranes, overhead cranes

·Disassemble, move, reassemble, and install machinery

·Wire and troubleshoot basic electrical control circuits

·Travel to customer locations locally & overnight

This full-time role is a part of our Maintenance Team and reports to the Operations Manager

Required education & experience:

·High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

Required Skills & Abilities

·Able and willing to work any shift assigned

·Able to interprets mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings

·Ability to travel when required (up to 75%)

·Able to work outside when required

·Basic toolroom machinery

·Basic measuring tools

·Hilo Operation

·Overhead Crane Operation

·Aerial Lift Operation

·Welding
