POSITION SUMMARY
The PM Dispatcher has responsibility for the success of maintaining our rental fleets to ensure services are completed on time, meet our rental departments expectations and technicians are efficient and productive. This position is expected to positively engage with all rental stores and customers to schedule maintenance and complete maintenance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Schedule and dispatch technicians daily for preventative maintenance work to be completed
- Utilize dispatch system to coordinate and schedule services with stores / customers
- Track PM’s in VL program to ensure on time completion
- Open, close and invoice work orders
- Research and verify machines due for service with correct information and intervals
- Coordinate and manage parts needed for maintenance to supply technicians when needed
- Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or up to one-year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPENSATION
Wage Range $26.00 to $30.00 Hourly
Wage depends on knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
