About the Job
Job Description:
As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the entire RFP (Request for Proposal) process for large stadium LED construction, from initial inquiry to final submission. You will also develop and maintain our pricing and cost models. You will also be central to the creation and maintenance of compelling and informative pitchbooks to win new business.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the RFP process from start to finish, including:
o Responding to inquiries and qualification requests
o Developing and tailoring proposals to meet specific client needs and RFP requirements
o Coordinating with internal teams (technical, sales, legal) to ensure all proposal elements are complete and accurate
o Meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints
• Develop, maintain, and update pricing models to ensure profitability and competitiveness
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to create effective pitchbooks that showcase our company's value proposition and expertise
• Manage RFP templates and ensure all proposals adhere to company branding and formatting guidelines
Qualifications:
• Experience in proposal management, pricing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in developing and managing RFP responses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $25.00 to $35.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
