About the Job
The Pricing Analyst must be able to prepare complex pricing proposals (experience in IT Services/Solutioning) in response to customer requests for proposals. Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of proposal and capture strategies, processes and methodologies and be able to provide pricing leadership and insights to the capture team and executive leadership team.
Must take leadership role in creating pricing proposals, competitive analysis, Price-to-Win (PTW) and assess financial and execution risk. Experience in all types of contracts (CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FFP etc.) is required.
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment. Excellent verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills. Perform business and management tasks in the area of Pricing with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or related field
- Demonstrated experience with Services/Federal Government pricing, and supporting the pricing aspects of proposal development and federal contracting
- Proven experience developing and working with Excel Pricing Models and conducting pricing analysis, inclusive of competitive and comparative analyses (experience with IT Services/Solutioning).
- Experience developing proposal Business Narrative volumes
- Possess excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Possess superior attention to detail
- Ability to read an RFP/RFQ and understand price volume deliverables, required formats, and evaluation factors
- Experience working with all phases of solicitation processes such as RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and negotiations
- Demonstrated knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, CPAF and T&M – inclusive of those with incentives and Client-incentives
- Familiarity with Government Cost Accounting Principles and the FAR/DFAR
- Possess excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Show solid analytical skills
- Be able to manage time independently and productively
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in government pricing efforts
