They will play a pivotal role in identifying, proposing, and validating new pricing models, particularly as Norstella develops new AI/ML driven products and services, and support all aspects of pricing analysis across the Norstella business. This role will be crucial in driving the growth and success of the business through advanced pricing analytics, data science, and modelling, as well as a deep understanding of novel pricing and packaging methodologies. The successful candidate will have a significant business impact, advising on how products should be priced to drive sales and company profitability whilst staying highly competitive in the market. **Responsibilities:** + Be an SME in pricing and packaging, remaining abreast of the latest trends in the sector and bringing that knowledge into their daily work. + Recommend and build new pricing models, using statistical techniques for existing and new products + Optimise and test pricing models + Conduct data analysis to evaluate pricing performance and identify opportunities for optimization + Own pricing KPIs, reporting and visualisation, with a specific focus on understanding price attainment (discounting) and price realization (growth). + Conduct price elasticity analysis of all Norstella products and services in all segments and geographies. + Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support specific pricing projects + Undertake ROI/value analysis of Citeline products. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
