Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a large multi-specialty medical group in the Sacramento Region, is looking to add an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to float between our FM clinics in the Sacramento area.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $131,000 - $171,000 per year, Depending on experience
• Sign-on bonus and annual incentives

MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento. Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Treatment Planning and Management:

• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies.
• Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.

Collaboration and Consultation:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
• Coordinate patient care across various settings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care and Pediatrics (no exceptions)
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
• Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
• Completion of state mandated educational courses

Pay Range
$62.98 - $82.68 /hour
