* Outpatient Clinic
* Mon - Fri, Day Shift
* NO HOLIDAYS
* The Primary Care LPN will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages including Pediatric, OB/Women's Health, and Adults. Responsible for completing medical history, ensure accurate documentation, charting and assisting the medical team as needed.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

* Mon - Fri, Day Shift
* NO HOLIDAYS
* The Primary Care LPN will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages including Pediatric, OB/Women's Health, and Adults. Responsible for completing medical history, ensure accurate documentation, charting and assisting the medical team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prefer 2 or more years of clinical expeirence as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Prefer experience in a Primary Care/Family Medicine setting, Internal Medicine, Ambulatory or Outpatient settings
- Experience treating full lifespan (Children, Adolescent, Adults)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Active NY State license in good standing
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
