Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Full-time/Part-time)

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 18 and older.
• Manage chronic conditions, acute care, and womens health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland or in process
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Primary Care (open to new graduates with strong clinical skills).
• Experience in managing chronic conditions, acute care, and womens health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
