Primary Care Physician Position Summary:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult medicine, primary care practice in the town of Waterford, CT situated on the shoreline directly off I-95 in southeastern CT.

Primary Care Position Details:

·        Role: Primary Care Physician seeing patients 18+

·        Location:  Waterford, CT

·        Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care

·        Schedule:  Full-time, weekdays only, ask about a 4-day work week option!

·        Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months

·        Base salary: starts at$250,000 and up

·        Other compensation: Uncapped incentive bonus,Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocationstipend
