Summary

Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE, Primary Care Physician to join our Edgewater facility located in Volusia County. Full-time, flexible days / hours, no weekends, outpatient only, no non-compete contracts. The Edgewater facility offers Behavioral Health, Endocrinology, Extended Hour Care Center, Primary Care, Sports Medicine, X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy all onsite.

• MD / DO

• BC / BE

• Current Florida license
