Salary and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $220,000 + RVU Productivity Bonus
• Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid
• Dental and Vision Insurance: Available
• Retirement Package: 401(K) with a 4% employer match
• Student Loan Repayment: Eligibility for up to $110,000
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 weeks
• Sick Time: 96 hours
• Continuing Medical Education (CME): 5 days off annually with a $3,000 allowance
• Holidays: 9 paid holidays
• Relocation Assistance: Available

Responsibilities:

• Setting: Outpatient
• Duties: Provide comprehensive patient care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and lead patient care with autonomy, supported by a full staff team
• Schedule: Typically, 5 Days, 4 Day Work Week Available
• EMR: EClinicalWorks (Provider Will Be Responsible For Their Charting)
• Patient Demographic: Patients Of All Ages

Requirements:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• New graduates are welcome
• A commitment to compassionate care and excellent communication abilities
• Must have a clear and active medical license in the State of Arizona
