Geisinger is seeking board certified/board eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and/or Geriatric trained physicians for an exciting Primary Care opportunity with Geisinger 65 Forward in Coal Township, PA.Job Duties
Join an established practice; the clinic is only 20 miles from Geisinger Medical Center.

- More time with patients. Up to 60 minutes with patients to answer questions and address concerns.
- Easier and frequent appointments. Because we specialize in healthcare just for seniors, we’re able to see them more often.
- Smaller patient panel. Max patient panel threshold of 500 per physician.
- Interdisciplinary team. Includes nursing, care coordinator/coach, social worker, receptionist, nutritionist, administrator and wellness coordinator.
- Support for patients. From group ceramics to rummy card games, our centers offer a slew of fun activities to meet both old friends and new.
We take pride in the support we provide our physicians:
- Compensation – 'New’ base salary starting at $320k
- Up to $250k recruitment incentives
- Fellowship stipend - up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation, paid in lump sum
- Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
- Fully paid relocation
- 401k – Geisinger contributes over $15k annually
- Academic involvement with medical students and residents
