Key Responsibilities:

Conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical history

Diagnosing and treating various acute and chronic illnesses

Developing personalized care plans and providing ongoing medical management

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies

Providing routine vaccinations and immunizations

Offering counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention

Referring patients to specialists when necessary

Managing and coordinating care for patients with multiple health issues

Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records

Providing education and support to patients and their families

Required Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree

Completion of residency program in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care

Board certification in primary care specialty

State medical license and DEA registration

Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Empathy and compassion towards patients

Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
