Location: 550 S Church St #4, Spartanburg, SC 29306

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Description:
The Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health provides equitable, value-based care to Medicare patients. Focused on quality over quantity, our physicians work with large care teams to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose patients, oversee primary care, prescribe treatments, maintain EMR, collaborate with leadership, and manage care teams.

Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. with Internal/Family Medicine board certification, active state license, and DEA license required. New graduates encouraged to apply.
