Perks: -- 96 Hours of PTO annually -- Paid Holidays-- Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits -- Supportive work environment -- Voluntary benefits available (including Short Term, Accident, Disability, Life Insurance).-- Supervision provided Job Duties:-- Therapist will be responsible for client caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy-- The Primary Therapist will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.-- The Primary Therapist will collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan.-- Therapist will assist in coordinating discharge planning. -- Therapist will provide structure, boundaries, and a warm and caring environment.-- The Primary Therapist has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source and other service providers as needed.-- Therapist will work as part of a team to provide exceptional client care.-- Therapist will promote a positive morale and maintain professional composure. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per yearCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Requirements:EDUCATION:Master's Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field.EXPERIENCE:Two years of work experience in a private substance abuse treatment setting.One year of KIPU experienceLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor and/or Certified Addiction Professional.AGE SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS SERVED/RESPONSIBILITY:Adults#PM23.Compensation details: 50000-75000 Yearly SalaryPI545a7fe02343-25660-31030393
