We are looking to hire a growth-focused sales professional with a track record of driving year-on-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You excel at developing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers for both new and existing clients, utilizing a differentiated playbook.

Successful candidates must thrive in a growing, fast evolving, people-centric culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Aditi brand. We are looking for someone with creativity, energy, drive, organizational skills and a positive attitude to work with the team to deliver innovative revenue generating results around Aditi's services.

What You'll Do:

• Drive revenue quota through business development and internal collaboration.

• Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.

• Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Aditi, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading transformation strategies and practices.

• Exercise latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches.

• Travel may be required for this role, with the amount of travel varying depending on business needs and client requirements.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in a professional services organization.

• Technology services sales preferred; IT staffing is a must.

• Conversant in emerging trends in technology and business.

• Client facing (from deal qualification through close).

• Has or will earn credibility with Technology and other executives.

• Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Director, VP & C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.

• Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $95,000- $115,000 per year.  This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive plan.  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid holidays, open paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, mobile phone reimbursement and wellness reimbursement.
