**Job Description**
The role will provide a cost optimized, scalable, and operationally resilient Asset Lifecycle Management program, including process governance, secure inventory management and data protection for infrastructure inventory throughout the asset lifecycle. This role will define system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models. Will be responsible for understanding business objectives. Performs process or functional analysis to identify gaps compared to specifications, confers and/or drives issues with stakeholders and / or management for resolution, and ensures overall fulfillment of business specifications. Responsible for day-to-day engagement with business and/or process subject matter experts. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures. The role will provide analytics and performance metrics for multiple suppliers. The person in this role will provide supplier performance feedback to ensure Oracle standards are achieved.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and measure relevant performance KPIs.
+ Drive corrective actions on analysis of KPIs as well as audit and cycle count discrepancies to simplify requirements and reduce defects.
+ Establish rhythm of the business reporting to executive management, on all Asset and Inventory performance metrics.
+ Emphasis on the strategy, processes, and controls necessary for an IT organization to provide operational support, systems, and security to meet business objectives.
+ Provide leadership in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and IT operations making recommendations to Asset and inventory team as well as relevant management teams.
+ Adapt current processes to industry best standards, driving consistency across asset lifecycle within Oracle.
+ Drive systematic solutions into Oracle toolsets.
+ Develop datacentre inventory user stories for next generation systems.
+ Support high Return on Investment through highly accurate tracking, auditing, and reconciliation for infrastructure assets.
+ Reduce compliance risks and increase asset security through effective process governance.
+ Identify areas for improvement, develop project plans to resolve gaps and findings.
+ Drive process improvement and implementation projects through coordination with service and stakeholder teams.
+ Conduct supplier performance analytics and measure relevant KPIs.
+ Provide supplier performance feedback to ensure Oracle standards are achieved.
+ Develop constructive supplier relationships involving direct interaction.
+ Experience in developing dashboards and defining metrics.
+ Experience with Project Management Tools and Software.
+ Strong working knowledge of Cloud IT processes and Cloud IT infrastructure.
+ Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures; comfort working with executive level management.
+ Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules.
+ Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email).

Qualification preferred:
+ 5+ years of project / program management experience.
+ 2 years experience as a team lead or managing small / large teams.
+ Understanding of data center physical security, design, access management, asset management, and operations.
+ Experience in developing dashboards and defining metrics.
+ Experience with Project Management Tools and Software.
+ Strong working knowledge of Cloud IT processes and Cloud IT infrastructure.

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
